1) Islamabad Estates UK is not providing financial advice under the regulations of the Financial Services Authority, and recommend that before making any decisions based on the information provided, you should consult with either the specialist advisors introduced to you by Islamabad Estates UK, or take independent legal and financial advice. We have an Associate Member regulated by the Securities Institute who provides guidance in this field.

2) No client / Potential Client shall approach a developer who is offering Islamabad Estates UK a discount or a ‘special deal' without first obtaining permission from the Proprietor of Islamabad Estates UK. This permission will not be unreasonably withheld. However if this trust is breached all ties with the person in question will be terminated immediately and all deposits held will be treated as a cost for ‘introduction' payable to Islamabad Estates UK.

3) Property values can decrease as well as increase. We do not make claims of express or implied income. Islamabad Estates makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the property information we provide and publish on our website Islamabadestates.com and elsewhere is accurate, current and complete at the date of publication; no warranties or representations are made or implied as to the accuracy of such information.

4) Neither Islamabad Estates UK, nor any of its representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of information provided. Nor will they accept responsibility, to the extent permitted by law, for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in any of the information of any kind, nor for any loss arising from the use of, or any action taken in reliance on, any information appearing on the website and / or elsewhere.

5) All Reservation and Finder's Fees shall be payable upon reservation of your chosen property and must be received by Islamabad Estates within 72 hours of verbal reservation. Failure to comply will result in your chosen property being re-offered to other members.

6) We recommend that all clients consider using the services of our panel Mortgage Brokers. This would not only speed up the administration of the completion process. However, we understand that you may already have an established relationship with a Broker/ IFA, and you may wish to use his/her services. We agree to this provided that we are informed of their contact details.

7) Any property investments purchased are subject to developer's terms and condition.

8) Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in the Client relation being terminated immediately and blacklisted in our record files. 

9)These Terms and conditions are under constant review and subject to change at any time without notice by the Proprietor of Islamabad Estates UK to insure we protect our clients and ourselves from the ‘unknown'.

10) Our Terms and Conditions are for the protection of all our clients and ensure that any property deals that Islamabad Estates UK make are of minimal risk to all parties .
